Food Trucks : $575
REGISTRATION OPENS JULY
Limit 25 Trucks; subject to cuisine selection. LA COUNTY Trucks ONLY. Must submit required documents within 48 hours of registration (Food truck license and insurance). This is a community held event and protocol must be respected.
10 x 10 Vendor Booth (NO FOOD): $375
For sales, promotions, face painters and all business transactions (NO SELLING FOOD) . Spaces are sold as 10 x 10. (All vendors are responsible for their own insurance). 10 x 20 Vendor Booth (NO FOOD): $650
For sales, promotions, face painters and all business transactions (NO FOOD SALES) . Due to popular demand we are bringing back the 10 x 20 booth. (All vendors are responsible for their own insurance). Price is $650 per 10 x 20 space. Click below for link to our registration site. This is a community held event and protocol must be respected.
NON-PROFITS: $100
Please email our organization to discuss; subject to approval and space permitting; must offer free art activity in community zone; no sales permitted. Please note, there is a small fee of $100 this year. These booths will be on Owensmouth in the Community Zone. If you’d like to be on Sherman Way with the vendors, then please select a traditional 10x10 or 10x 20 vendor retail booth (even if not retail) and you will be placed there. Early bird promos doesn’t apply for non-profits (since it’s already discounted).
Car Show Registration
Registration for the car show OPENS IN AUGUST. Must preregister; no exceptions please. This is a community held event and protocol must be respected.
